LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY LAW
Labor law is a branch of private law that governs the relationship between employees working under an employment contract and the employers who engage them. The scope of labor law includes issues arising from employment contracts between workers and employers.
This field can be divided into two categories: individual labor law, which regulates employment relations on a one-to-one basis between employees and employers, and collective labor law, which addresses the relations between trade unions—formed by employees and employers—and the collective labor agreements concluded by these unions, as well as the resolution of collective labor disputes.
